Upon joining The Glessner Group, my first initiative was to develop a unified brand identity across all affiliated businesses. I created a cohesive logo system built around a strong bridge mark, symbolizing stability and leadership. Each branch uses the same core logo, with its own name and distinct color palette to differentiate the divisions while maintaining brand consistency.
